We are grateful to have come across HypnoBirthing as the 'normal birthing' approach well ahead of time. The combination of the theoretical & practical delivery of content really embedded our understanding of what 'natural, normal birthing' actually entailed. We enjoyed Georgia's teaching & learned a great deal in every session we had with her. Being encouraged to practice what we have learned on an ongoing basis has also reinforced all the teachings.
