Affiliate Terms and ConditionsAffiliate Terms and Conditions. Please read this agreement carefully before using Canberra-Natural-Birth's Affiliate Program. By using the program, you signify that you understand and agree to be bound by the terms and conditions of this Agreement. If you do not agree to this Agreement, please do not sign up. This Agreement is subject to periodic change at Canberra-Natural-Birth's discretion. As a result, each affiliate agrees to review this Agreement periodically. This Agreement needs to be abided by at all times, should an Affiliate's website or activities breech these terms the Agreement may be terminated. If you have any questions please send our Affiliate Manager an email by using our Contact Form. Canberra-Natural-Birth prohibits the use of this affiliate program by Affiliates who operate websites containing pornographic, racist or illegal content. Canberra-Natural-Birth, at their discretion, may or may not approve any Affiliates who do not have an operational website. If you do not have a website we may grant you permission to use flyers, email or face-to-face advertising provided that it is in no way like SPAM. SPAMMING is not permitted under any circumstances and if you are discovered SPAMMING people about Canberra-Natural-Birth then your affiliation with us will be terminated immediately and all accrued, unpaid commissions will be forfeited. PPC Campaigns that point directly to our website are also not permitted. Liability of Canberra-Natural-Birth:Canberra-Natural-Birth is not liable for any malfunction or failure of its systems, Site or service offering due to matters including, but not limited to the failure of our or any other suppliers software, hardware or communications technology, that results in loss of business to our Affiliates.It is your sole responsibility to understand and abide by any federal, state, local or foreign tax laws that may apply to your Affiliate commission payments. You understand that you may be required to provide a Tax Invoice or complete certain Australian Tax Office information reporting forms prior to your receipt of any monetary sums. You further understand that Canberra-Natural-Birth may be required to provide information regarding your earnings to the ATO or any other foreign government agency that requests such information. It is the sole responsibility of the Affiliate to ensure they set up their flyers, banners and links with their own personalised Affiliate code. Canberra-Natural-Birth assumes no responsibility for incorrect code, and shall not be liable for any loss incurred as a result. Affiliate commission payments will be made each month on HypnoBirthing class bookings ONLY, a minimum balance of AUD$25 is required for payment to proceed. Our Payment method is by either Direct Deposit into an Australian Bank account, posting of an Australian Dollar Money Order or direct payment into your nominated PayPal account. If payment is required to an overseas entity then any bank fees applicable will be deducted from your commission due. Important Conditions you agree to:• To display only authorised banners and text links on your website as provided to you from Canberra-Natural-Birth.com• To dispense only authorised flyers in a shop or birth education facility • To only use the banners and text links on the approved website not any other website without permission. • To NOT point a PPC Advertisement directly at Canberra-Natural-Birth.com Website (If using PPC, you must own a website!) • Commission is only paid once HypnoBirthing classes have been completed - Sales where a customer cancels their class or class No-Shows will not be paid.
